This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), is an important contract between you and CLEARBOX AI SOLUTIONS SRL (“Clearbox AI”, “We”, “Us”). The“Agreement” refers to all the terms, conditions, policies, notices contained or referenced in this document as on our website and our clearbox.ai subdomains including our Privacy Policy. “Services” refer to software, product, and services provided by Clearbox AI including our Synthetic Data Platform platform. These Terms do not change the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Clearbox AI. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service on your use of the Services. We will notify you of the modifications and/or new or additional terms or conditions by revising the date at the top of the Terms of Service document. We may provide you with additional notice through email notification and statement on our website. Such modifications will become effective at the end of the 10 day period beginning when Clearbox AI notifies the updated Terms of Service.
Access to some of our Services including the Synthetic Data Platform requires registration. Users need to be at least 13 years of age to access our Services. Clearbox AI offers a secure platform to ensure the privacy and security of user information. Clearbox AI follows industry best practices to protect user data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. As a registered user of the Services, you will establish an account (“ Account”). You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep it accurate and complete. You may not reveal your Account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account, and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify Clearbox AI of any security breach of your Account. Clearbox is not responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorised use of your Account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity.

You agree that the text, graphics, logos, custom buttons, icons, user interface, and the scripts and software used to implement the Clearbox AI website and its services including the Synthetic Data Platform, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by Clearbox AI Solutions, and is protected by applicable IP laws, including copyright and patent laws. The look and feel of the Services, including all custom graphics, button icons, may not be copied, imitated, or used (in whole or in part) without Clearbox AI’s prior written consent.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Clearbox AI, you will not do, and will not permit any third party to do, any of the following:
Clearbox AI is not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform and services. Clearbox AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
The courts of Turin in Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute linked to the Services or these Terms and Conditions of Clearbox AI.
